We process the following personal data:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and user-agent — collected automatically by the web server.
• Local storage: one value (smartmenu-cookie-ack) stored in your browser so our cookie notice does not reappear after you dismiss it.
• Usage statistics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised interaction data (pages visited, approximate region, device type). IP addresses are truncated.

We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver our services and keep the website secure. Depending on the case, the legal basis is the negotiation or performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website.

We only share your data where necessary to deliver our services or where we are legally required to. Relevant recipients:

• Hosting provider: the website is hosted with a Swiss provider that processes server logs on our behalf.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply in addition.
• Google Analytics: after your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA.

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and — where applicable — data portability and objection. Please send requests to the contact details above.
